Join UP - a real attitude towards tourists

We decided to go by fortune from the Join up operator. The operator promised 3 *, but in the end we were settled in a private house. ((

A private house is probably not bad, but we expected a hotel, 3 stars ... But we got a 2x3 room with an unclosable window on the ground floor, and this is not only a question of a swarm of mosquitoes, but also of safety

We slept on damp bed linen, contemplated the neighboring building a meter from the window, which blocked the lighting so much that it was equally dark in the room around the clock, both at night and during the day ...

The tulle hung right in our face, although it is not clear why they put it there at all, because it is so dark around the clock ...

The soundproofing was such that you could hear the neighbors breathing.

And all this was complemented by shabby furniture with torn-off handles on the drawers, as well as a warehouse of the master's old shoes in our dressing room and the proximity to the laundry-warehouse for towels.

The bottom line is that to our request to give us a 3 * hotel, the Join Up operator replied that "there are no violations on the part of the host" and in general "there are no categories and stars of hotels officially in Georgia. This hotel is declared as 3 *, and not a private house

It is strange that the Join UP operator did not put, for example, 4 or 5 stars ... because there is no star rating, it would be possible to cut the loot

And our request to describe the criteria by which they put the star rating was ignored by the Join UP operator ...

This is probably all predictable, because against the background of the fact that this operator has been constantly rescheduling and canceling flights lately, this incident may seem to them not worthy of attention at all
