Good day to all.
For a long time I will not write the prehistory of my "cooperation" with this travel agency. Briefly, the following happened: a family, including 2 small children, bought a package tour (round-trip flight, hotel). In terms of the flight, the departure of the aircraft was from our city, and the return flight to our city back. There were even printed air tickets in both directions. 2 days before departure back, the travel agency informs us that our flight was canceled and you will be taken to Kyiv, and then as you wish. No one will make a transfer to our city. Like "we are a travel company and we are not responsible for the cancellation of flights" !!!!
In general, friends, summing up, I inform you of the following ... THE COURT IS WON BY ME !!!! .... They are responsible for everything and must take you where they promised .... They pay moral and material compensation (in the contract that they slip there is the clause where it is written that compensation for moral damage is not possible at all)... The judge declared this clause of the contract invalid, since it contradicts the Constitution of Ukraine ..... They did not file an appeal, they paid the money for material and moral damage in full .
If someone has a similar situation, God forbid, of course, write to me. I'll send you the court case number, court decisions, statement of claim... it will be easier to "teach" this "company" to RESPECT and VALUE their customers!

All the same, they worry about their clients and work with guides. I will recommend the campaign and take tours from them in the future! Thanks to DAV Club for the response.
