For the first time I bought two tickets from this tour operator (for my family and parents). The impression of the work of the travel agency is terrible. The dates have been postponed three times. The return flight was also postponed for a day, from the airport, when they said that there would be no flight, they settled in a bad hotel, where the attitude of the hotel workers was bestial. And why did they cancel the flight - they sent us a faulty plane !!!
The guide at that time did nothing, did not help us (all the tourists who had to check into this hotel for a day) in resolving certain issues with the hotel staff. In the morning we were sent to the airport from the hotel even without breakfast cereals. I asked for a 0.5 liter bottle of water for a child with a scandal.
Support from the travel agency - zero!
TPG continues its scams! Lord, why don't they tell about this on all television channels so that ordinary people know that an organized criminal group is operating here!
ТПГ продолжает свои аферы! Господи, почему по всем каналам телевиденья об этом не расскажут, чтоб простые люди знали, тут действует организованная преступная группировка!

What you are now facing is only flowers, and berries may still be ahead))) Bypass TPG on the tenth road !!! And do not believe the positive reviews about this office as they are custom-made or written by TPG employees.
olya.tsymbalova, перед тем как выбрать тур не пожалейте времени и обязательно почитайте отзывы о тур операторе. TPG это Жулики и позор Украинского туризма. То с чем Вы сейчас столкнулись это только цветочки, а ягодки ещё могут быть впереди ))) Обходите TPG десятой дорогой !!! И не верьте положительным отзывам о этой конторе так как они заказные или написаны сотрудниками TPG .

We had the same situation in 2017, with early booking 3 months in advance, upon arrival in Antalya, at the airport they said that they had changed the hotel, and everyone was on the bus! The tourists had tours to different hotels and NOBODY was brought to the booked one. tour from TPG You buy a roulette, which will be free in this category, they will bring it there
У нас была та же ситуация в 2017 году,при раннем бронировании за 3 месяца,по прилету в Анталию ,в аэропорту сказали ,что поменяли отель,причем всем в автобусе!Туры у туристов были в разные отели и НИКОГО не привезли в забронированный.Покупая тур у TPG Вы покупаете рулетку,что будет свободно в этой категории ,туда и привезут
