This is Join Up and that says it all

I chose this tour operator, because they had convenient flights for us, three families with small children, the flights were daytime, that is, we intentionally lost almost a day, because we did not want to exhaust the kids with night flights! As a result, the return flight was postponed for us even before the trip in the morning and we were picked up from the hotel at 4.20 in the morning! This is probably such a special move by the company to be chosen because of the convenient flight program, and then throw everyone away! At the airport of Antalya, all guests were met in one window, all passengers of the plane stood in one queue of 50 meters long in 40-degree heat! There are no questions for the guides this time, everything is polite and cultural, probably because there were no problematic moments with the hotel! We drove to capacity on the buses, despite the quarantine measures, they forgot the bag on the bus, which contained food, booze and a new baby doll bought in duty free, we asked to return the doll, leave everything else. They returned it, thank you, albeit on the fifth day and after numerous reminders! I really hope there will be fewer unpleasant surprises next time!
