Vacation ruined!!!
We started by changing the transfer 2 days before departure (instead of 3 hours of a direct flight, we got 13 hours and waited 3 hours at the airport), upon arrival in Sharm El Sheikh we were loaded onto a bus, and after leaving the airport we were informed that we were being taken to another hotel, and when we started to resent (after all, we booked and paid for another hotel), the representative of JOIN UP rudely told us that we had 2 options. The first - we silently and gratefully go where we are being taken, and the second - we get on a plane and fly home. And our "wonderful" communication did not end there. In short, we will never use the services of this tour operator again, and on every corner I will talk about their dishonesty, and leave a bunch of negative reviews, as we promised them, when being in a foreign country with 3 small children, we were put in such conditions !!!
