They rescheduled the departure flight with Sky Up to the next date, somehow "booked" us a non-working hotel and took us to another one, in which the conditions were the same, they froze until the last day on our claims, until we spat, called a taxi and left to another hotel ... As a result, the reservation was transferred to the hotel, where we then rested, but a lot of nerves were spent and the whole day was lost. I don't recommend anyone to deal with them.
