I want to leave a review about Join up. Not the first bad one, but another one. We flew to Egypt. The day before departure, we were informed that the departure time was changing, instead of morning to evening, which means that we lost a day, but who cares, moreover, the plane was late, and we settled only at four in the morning, as a result, we burned down day and night in the hotel, of course there is no question of compensation. But there were people with us with small children, what is it like for them to fly at night. There weren't even sandwiches on the plane. For example, we were driving from another city. They gave me only tea and water. three hour flight. They promised to change the departure time, but of course not. Departure at 6 am. We’ll get up at one in the morning, they’ll leave food for you in the restaurant, eat and leave the hotel at two in the morning, although other operators took care of their wards, they collected lunch boxes for people, took them out of the hotel for re-reservation, and we sat at the airport for three hours. On the plane, we naturally fell asleep, when we were carrying tea, we slept. The child woke up, my daughter asked for tea, they didn’t give it on the plane, it’s not supposed to, drink water. And about the agent from the operator separately. This is just not an educated person. He didn't help anyone at all.. He behaved disgustingly when the husband did not immediately want to choose an excursion, but asked him to think, he began to snort, threw the papers and began to speak displeasedly in his own language with one of the staff, and when we were ripe for the excursion, he began to wring an unrealistic price. Disgusting tour operator, disgusting behavior, disgusting attitude.
