For the first time we used the service of Join UP / We bought a tour to Turkey, Marmaris. I read reviews about bad Join UP guides. Flight through "Bukovinka" (Bravo). Read reviews about the carrier. Double shock. We flew. There were no downsides. We flew out on time, according to the schedule, normal service for a charter, at the airport we found a booth with a representative of Join UP, we were pointed to the right bus. (and what to look for there for a long time. Having a language and a mind)? Why are people outraged that the guide does not jump joyfully almost under the ladder, meeting tourists, I don’t know). The bus is good. We arrived on time. Settled. After lunch, the guide Vadim came to Amos, he explained everything in an accessible way, we have no complaints. There was one young lady who flew to this hotel for 3 kopecks and demanded that the guide install a water cooler in the hotel, and tried to blame the lack of free water not on the hotel owner, but on Join UP. For such young ladies, the recommendation is to read the description of the hotel when you fly. There it is clearly indicated that there is no water and there will not be, and there is no gratuitous booze. The hotel guide has nothing to do with it. Vadim helped a friend with insurance with a hospital. The departure time was indicated at the clearly stated time on the bulletin board. The bus was there on time, good. In general, I have NO claims to carriers and Join UP.
