The quality of service has fallen 'below the plinth'

We used the services of the company a couple of years ago, we were very satisfied, Irina took care of us, who, unfortunately, changed her job. Our tour to Sri Lanka was excellent! We decided to use the services of the company again, our manager was Tetiana Dovhaliuk, after paying for the selected tour to Krabi, a few days later it turned out that the tour was NOT AVAILABLE (!!!!), so as not to bother with a refund, we chose from the proposed tour to Bali. Tatyana was warned beforehand that we didn’t want to travel with Join Up, as there was a repeated sad experience with this dead tour operator. As a result (1) - I had to fly again from Join Up, well at least not on their charter. Well, and as a result, quite expected from Join Up - the service is "very unobtrusive", i.e. none, the local Pegasus subagent - at least it was good to transfer the airport-hotel-hotel-airport, with some reminders and delays up to half a day, about excursions there was no speech at all, they were looking for themselves, there is experience. Briefly about the tour itself - the first hotel - Ubud Ayung Resort in the center of Bali, magnificent views, territory, food, accessibility to all the sights of Bali, BUT - dead rooms, dirty towels and sheets, even after the replacement demand they brought the same ones. After that, there was the Novotel Nusa Dua hotel, from the pros - a huge room, with two bedrooms, bathrooms and a kitchen-studio + balcony, the size of everything :o)) Cons - the food is vile, sour vegetables came across in salads, flies, like among the fruit offers, for water and juices (!) in the restaurant they charged a separate fee, in a country where this is "like dirt", when leaving the hotel they tried to bill for drinking water in the room - NOT TO BE CONFUSED WITH MINI BAR, ordinary table water. Naturally, Tatyana did not warn about anything of the kind, and, in our opinion, she generally has a poor understanding of local realities, that is, in fact, we were sent at our own expense to "survive as you wish." Therefore, think for yourself, decide for yourself whether you need it or not: o)))
