We learned about this company from friends.. As soon as we asked for a tour, Svetlana pleasantly surprised us with a quick response and a wide choice provided (our request was not an easy one). When we arrived at the travel agency (5 minutes from Levoberezhnaya metro station), together we looked at the options we liked and chose the very tour that met our needs. Svetlana explained everything very well, explained, showed, helped with valuable advice and, not least!!!, she was constantly in touch with us during our stay on vacation. To be honest, we travel a lot, but not every tour operator is ready to be in touch with you 24 hours ... Fortunately, we did not need this, but the fact remains. We had a great rest! And in the future we will definitely contact Lucky Travel and advise our friends and acquaintances!
