I really liked the site. Convenient search. Actual prices posted. You can choose the date, number, tour operator, number of nights yourself ... Pretty efficient staff. Quickly responds to questions in correspondence. They did not squeeze me a little so that I would refuse the chosen hotel, but they hinted at not very good service in it. Alina (I don’t remember her last name) well done. Fulfilled my little whims with a gift certificate. Next time, don't be afraid to talk openly about the shortcomings of hotels. And so everything is in order. Thanks
