I want to note that the agency is adequate, the girls work are also adequate, nice. But not quite professionals. Probably not professionals in exotic destinations.

Booked a trip to the Dominican Republic. Everyone agreed. But the most important thing I emphasized was the short connection of flights between flights. After all, there are no direct flights from Ukraine to the Dominican Republic. The agency sang that the transfer from one aircraft to another in 3 years. So it was, but only when we went to the destination. On the way back we were shocked when other tourists went for a change in 3 years. And according to our tickets we were told that your transplant is in 9 years. 40 min I did not immediately - it is clear because of the difference in time 7 years. And this is not a flight delay. This is a banal rotten throw ", or simply not the knowledge and professionalism of the travel agents themselves.

After all, having booked flights, there were probably no free seats for the transfer in 3 years and the operator booked without warning what was the first thing.

The fact that I was deceived and not warned that on the way back the transfer will have to wait almost 10 years. spoiled all positive impressions. I didn't begin to select words for girls!

Although the suspicion arose in the office, when the travel agent was confused in the explanations, was not prepared, did not know the exact time difference between the countries, and at first even said that the plane may land somewhere to refuel. I asked, "Where? When's the whole 10 year trip across the Atlantic?quot;

Then the explanations changed, finding something read in the "net". But I trusted and regretted it. Check and count the year of departure, check everything yourself, not just the hotel and other things. All you did not specify are your problems and worries later.

I am already silent that there was no promised tour.

But despite the mega hard road and not a pleasant lie, we visited a beautiful country and had a great hour.
