Our tour operator TPG did not pick up on time from the hotel and this was the whole incident, or rather, we went to the airport by taxi. We were not reimbursed for the trip. When we called the TUI travel agency, the managers did not pick up the phone, the second did not call back, I cannot leave a good one about their agency.
