I decided to go on a bus sightseeing tour. And he turned to this agency for help. Found them online and sent them a request. I was contacted quickly. I had no comments at all, they did everything that was required of them. We were going to go on one trip, but a week before departure, it was canceled by the operator Accord-tour. We wanted to visit Amsterdam, Berlin and Prague within 4 days. But we were offered to either take the money or go to Venice and Verona. There's a day less and the price is the same. And we agreed. According to the dates, it suited us and we went to it. On the tour as such, there were no questions, the guide was good. But the bus did not suit us at all - it was not comfortable.
