The colleague above outlined the essence of how we went there, and I will tell you about how we got back.

The bus departed from Sunny Beach, and we, valiant vacationers, were waiting at our stop in Golden Sands.

We arrived in advance (departure at 19:00 according to the schedule), we look out for our buses ... we look out for an hour, we look out for two hours, it’s already around 10 pm, but they are not there.

Then one drives up - the driver in broken Russian reads 3 names from our company - they sit down and leave. To the question - where is our bus - the answer is "Wait. It's coming."

We were left to wait. During the discussion, it turns out that I am alone with a ticket for one bus, and all the others (12 people) for another.

I call the tour operator in Bulgaria - "where is my bus? I've been waiting for 3 hours", and the answer is "we are not responsible for the buses."

The man, unable to stand it, calls the tour operator in Ukraine: the answer amazed us all - "your bus crossed the border, catch up with it yourself." Excellent advice for vacationers at 10 pm at the bus stop.

Here comes the bus (but not mine) - the names are called from the list, people jump into the bus. To my question "Where is my bus?quot; the answer is "It's not there, it's broken." "What should I ride?quot; The driver replied that he didn't know.

In the end, after going through all the lists (and there were 3 different ones), I find my last name and happily rush to the bus.

And the delay was caused by the fact that tourists do not listen to where the bus will board. One couple waited at the final 2.5 hours. And they were waiting for the bus at another stop.

Most of all, the lack of organization of the trip killed me.

How can family members with children be seated on different buses?!

Lack of basic conditions for the trip!

I decided to tie this with buses.
