We went on vacation with my family to Egypt through the tour operator News Travel. I got the impression that the guys just take advantage of the moment and beat the money. Upon arrival at the Egyptian hotel (7.30 am) we were waiting for the room until 12.30, as the check-in is from 14.00. After a scandal with the manager, we were settled earlier. Question: does the tour operator not know the rules or do they care when to send the charter? Tourists will suffer. The most interesting thing: while we were waiting, a group of tourists from Russia arrived (20 people), they were promptly settled in 20-30 minutes. And we were all waiting! Question: Is the tour operator so professional that it does not inspire confidence among Egyptian colleagues? I would never recommend anyone to use this company.
