I want to leave a review about the trip from "Premio" to Turkey in October 2014. We went not for the first time, so we took a double trip - 2 week tours in a row.

But they didn’t give us the tours that we wanted - Lycia, then Cappadocia - but they gave us Cappadocia, then the Riviera, they said that since we wanted the groups were not enough. Although we paid at the price of Lycia and Cappadocia, and the Riviera was always cheaper, we were not refunded the difference. Also in the 1st letter they sent only a voucher for the 1st tour, if we hadn't noticed what would we have stayed with for the 2nd tour?

We were satisfied with the duration, although between tours we had to leave the hotel at 4 am and wait a couple of hours for the next group at the airport. At the same time, we were not informed about the departure time after the 1st round. The whole group left at 11-30, and we, as those remaining for the 2nd round, separately, and we decided, just in case, to read the information on the stand, and it turned out that we were leaving at 4-30. It was very “pleasant” to find out about this suddenly late in the evening.

I did not like such nuances as the fact that "Premio" promised a 50% discount on dinners in the second round, and the guide in the 2nd round began to demand full payment, said that the discount is valid only for those who purchased dinners in Kyiv. We were not told anything about this, otherwise we would have paid for dinner in Kyiv, in general, this issue was not resolved in any way, but we insisted on our own and demanded a written explanation from us.

The second point - we were promised at least in one of these two tours Ismail would be a guide. But we didn't have him on any tour.

The tour bus was small, because. there were few tourists from Ukraine in autumn. But the seats were back to back - we sat at the end of the bus in the first round, the backs of the bus did not recline, even when we moved to another seat, it was impossible to sleep, we had to hang in the air while sleeping, swinging like snakes. And other women (large physique) from the trip, who also traveled not for the first time, did not like the bus at all, they were very crowded, they planned to call and complain after the trip.

In the 1st round, when we wanted to go to the SPA center at the Sural Hotel in the evening, 30-40 minutes before closing, we were told that we could go in literally for 10 minutes, but at first they didn’t want to let us in at all. It closed at about 19-30, or even at 19h. In Cappadocia, there was no SPA center in the hotel. And when we returned from Cappadocia, we did not get to the SPA center on time. So some tourists from the group did not get even once during the tour to the promised SPA centers.

Even in the 1st tour in one place, we asked the guide for leave, because. we were already there and went to the store on our own, agreed that we would be back by 11-30. We were 7 minutes late, but the bus with our group had already left. If we had waited even a little bit, we would have been in time. Later, the tourists from the bus told us that they offered to wait for us, but they did not wait for us. We asked to be contacted from the place where the group was before with a guide and he explained where to go. It's good that we were taken for a tip by car - it was not at all close.

On the second tour, we arrived at the Vera Mare hotel in Belek, the air conditioners did not work there. It was really hot. And our room overlooked the road (1st floor), where cars periodically drove through the hotel and some sheet of metal rattled on the road. When I tried to sleep during the day (because at night we moved between tours), I dreamed that I was at war - it was hot and the roar of explosions. The Roman sauna in this hotel did not work, and the glass door from the hammam to the pool was closed, and you had to walk naked around the corridor.

The cocktail was not served before the start of round 2, and in general it was possible to hold an information meeting immediately, while people were waiting in the lobby of the settlement in the rooms (2 hours), and not later.

By the way, on this trip in the 1st tour (in Cappadocia), the air conditioner in our room also did not work, but it was hot. And the internet was weak.

It's amazing that like serious 5-star hotels and such petty savings.

The last hotel where we were "Karmir" in Kemer. There Wi-Fi was paid.

And, despite the fact that the massage was paid as one of the excursions and the guide said to come when we want, the Russian-speaking administrator of the SPA center said that it was necessary to sign up in the morning. We were reluctantly accepted. They only gave me a back massage, although they should have done a whole massage, we said about it, after that they also had a foot massage, but in general, it was not complete.

And the hammam there was very bad - cold. We asked to make it warmer during a paid foam massage - this did not give a global result, the tiles were barely warm.

On the day when we were leaving at 11-30, we wanted to take a steam bath in the bath for the last time after breakfast. It is written that it works from 8-30, but they told us that there are no paying customers, so the hammam is not turned on at 9 am. Why then write that the time of work is from 8-30? So we no longer ended up in that SPA center.

There, one day, they didn’t clean our room, we saw a maid on the floor who was cleaning another room, asked us to clean our room, showed the number on the key, she understood, agreed, nodded, repeated in Russian “clean”. When we arrived, our garbage was pulled out of the bucket into the middle of the hallway in the room and thrown out mixed with someone else's garbage, which was brought by the cleaning lady in a bag, and the cleaning lady did not come again until the evening. Here is such a service. In the evening we asked at the reception - then they came and swept.

Here is such a "Karmir".

We booked a tour package with a guide. The funicular ride did not take place, because it was foggy, but the money was returned to us minus this trip to the mountain, but not at the price of a package of excursions, as we bought, but less. Those. as if we bought 2 out of 3 package tours at full price, and for the 3rd one that did not take place, we were returned a lower cost. Although I understand that if this is a package of 3 excursions with a discount of $ 10, then we had to return, in addition to this amount + $ 3.33 per person. ($ 10 discount divided into 3 excursions), because it was not for our reason that the excursion did not take place. Let me explain more precisely: the amount for each of the 3 excursions for 1 person, for example, is $50. a total of 3 excursions is 150 dollars. When buying all 3 excursions, the discount is 10 dollars, the total amount is 140 dollars, i.e. each tour is $46.67 ($140 divided by 3) and for 1 tour we were supposed to get that cost back. And they returned us 40 dollars each = 140 dollars - 100 dollars (2 eksk at full price, 50 dollars each). Less than the cost of 1 excursion in the package. Cunningly. Those. instead of the promised package, we paid for 2 excursions at full price.

What pleased us was the weather and what we like in Turkey no matter what.
