My wife and I chose a tour to Montenegro via the Internet and got on this company. The first thing that caught my eye was the website: everything is clear, understandable and there is an opportunity to see panoramas of hotels and quite reasonable prices.

We placed an order and then the second pleasant surprise while we were looking at the hotel we liked on other sites, we were sent an offer for possible tours by mail. Price arranged, so decide to book and go.

We contacted the manager, talked, and then two things alerted us a little. Firstly, we were told that all issues related to registration and obtaining a ticket can be resolved via the Internet and it is not necessary to come to their office. On the one hand, this is certainly convenient, since both my wife and I work in a rather intensive schedule, and I don’t feel like wasting time traveling to a travel agency after a hard day. On the other hand, they are used to the fact that when buying a tour they always concluded contracts with a seal and signature at the office of the travel agency. They said here - you can come and sign, or you can not go and arrange everything remotely. Since there was an opportunity to arrange everything without going anywhere, we decided to take a chance.

The second thing that alerted me was the need to make 100% payment for the tour right away. We thought, but doubted, but still decided .... anyway, you will have to pay the full cost for the tour, so what's the difference immediately or in two runs.

Paid for the tour. We sent copies of documents and a copy of the payment receipt to the manager. On the same day, they called us back and confirmed the hotel reservation. While we were waiting, we were a little worried whether we had "hit" this trip. About a week before departure, the Panoscope manager contacted us and said that he had sent us tickets and vouchers.

There are no problems at the airport, hotel and transfer. Montenegro is not a country - a fairy tale. To say that we liked everything there is an understatement.

We are planning to visit Sri Lanka in the winter. It is quite possible that we will order again through Panoscope, as we liked booking a tour through them.
