Pegasus is trying, but his 'links' spoil the whole impression.

We were in Sharm el-Sheikh in February 2019, three of us with friends. I want to write a review for Pegas-Touristik about their representative Halim. Which of the tourists he came across - I strongly recommend either asking another guide, or not buying any excursions from Halim. Why? Further in more detail.

1. Halim did not bother to correctly and fully inform about any of the excursions that we bought from him:

* Overview of Sharm? Waste of $5 and time. You are stupidly rolled around the shops, from where the guide receives kickbacks, without even corny showing the Old Town - the only more or less interesting place in Sharm.

* Israel? They will tell you that documents are sent in advance for verification, and in general 99% of people let through at the border, but as a result, no one sends any docks anywhere, and out of 32 people, eight were turned back. It's 25%, if anything. The country itself and the tour are gorgeous, you can’t argue with that. But this is more the merit of the country and the guide Dina than Pegasus and even more so Halim. Also get ready to lose about $40 if you are turned back at the border and not allowed into Israel.

Another moment was wonderful - since the departure to Israel is early in the morning, your hotel guide should order you breakfast with you so that you can eat on the road. Halim simply did not do this (!!!), until our reminder. By the way, the breakfasts are disgusting - two huge pieces of bread, one with two small slices of cheese, the other with a couple of pieces of paper sausage. They also put a banana, juice and water. We were given the same thing at the airport for departure, only for some reason they put separately bell pepper (?!), tomato and cucumber. People from other hotels had yogurts, jams, buns and so on, and we, like fools, threw everything away and flew away hungry.

* Tiran Island? It's a total bomb. You are told that you will go sailing, diving, and then there will be an excursion on the island itself. We went just on an excursion, because we had neither the strength nor the desire to swim after the poisoning in the dining room of the Cyrene Grand 5 * hotel. As a result, it turned out that EXCURSIONS WILL NOT BE! You see, you can’t go to the island, because there are troops there (why didn’t Halim say this?). We made 3 stops at the sea, people snorkeled and scuba diving (for an additional fee, by the way), and we just sat at the top. Where's the island tour, Halim? The boat trip costs $10 less than what we paid. Why in the list of things to take with you, Halim wrote "comfortable walking shoes"? Most likely, he simply copied the list of required items to Israel. Carelessness and the desire for quick profit is evident.

2. When Halim was needed to solve urgent issues, he simply froze. Didn't pick up the phone and answered messages after a few of our calls. Moreover, this is not late at night, but during normal working hours, when he MUST be in touch. And at the first meeting he told us "I will be in touch 24/7". Yeah. Absolutely incompetent employee. I advise Pegasus to pay attention to him, such people spoil the reputation and image of the entire company.
