Terrible service

The careless attitude of the guide of the host country in Greece, Fr. Crete (Balakovskaya Maria) is the worst guide I have ever met and I have seen a lot. I have a lot of travel experience. The guide ignored the basic questions at the time of the transfer - where to buy internet, and on the excursions that interest us. I had to buy the Internet on my own, then I receive a notification from her on Viber that due to problems with other tourists, she cannot get to our meeting on time. The excursion of the Temple of Zeus is trying to soar - the entrance price is 6 euros, the tour operator sells for 100. No assistance was provided - there is only one problem in Greece - the transfer for excursions is quite expensive, a taxi to the excursion, which was interesting to us, cost 500 euros! It's 500 miles one way. With an adequate guide - this is not a problem but an organizational issue, the Greek side kindly offered us a free visit to this excursion the next time we visit Crete. Are you seriously? Are you sane? With such a current attitude towards us as tourists, my foot will not be in Greece or Crete. The culprit of this celebration is Maria Balakovskaya (lack of tolerance, subordination, rudeness, she had the audacity to be rude at the end of our vacation, not the ability to influence the situation for us as tourists) In fact, anything can happen, the Pegasus company was informed, but showed inaction, their yur department said that they were supposed to provide a tour - flight, hotel, etc., they don't care about the rest. Dear Pegasus, I'm not so poor that I would use your services next time, you provided the worst possible service, you did not help in any way with the guide situation, and in general, how can such a person stay at his workplace ?!
