The first time we decided to fly with Pegas and were mistaken.
Before ordering a tour, they asked a question about heating the pool in the winter (flying with children), they officially wrote to us that one of the pools would be heated, in fact none of the three were heated.
Regarding the check-in, it’s also a hoax, the hotel consists of two parts (1st and 2nd line), they paid for the first settled on the second, although Pegas was also asked a written question about the check-in, to which they answered indignantly "we settle only on 1st beach line, as indicated in the hotel voucher ", but in fact .....
