The Alpha Tour operator organizes transportation by bus, on the way back they almost forgot me, they didn’t give my last name, no one checks anything, who got on the bus, and so we went. The buses themselves are also old. Those. transfer leaves much to be desired. As for the agency, I paid them money, took the documents and that's it. I chose the tour myself. They communicated with me adequately, everything seemed to be normal.
