We worked with the Prosto Tour travel agency (Kharkiv) for the first time. But with the manager Tatyana Kutsai, this is our fourth meeting. And hit the top ten again. The Prosto Tour office is very conveniently located. Near the metro and trolleybus stop. So getting there is no problem. We agreed to meet the day before. We were received as always cordially, we were given tea and sweets, and the contract was drawn up very quickly. A day later, we already had all the supporting documents in our hands (even boarding passes. Tatyana took care of checking in for the flight). The trip went like clockwork.
