Terrible company, fools tourists, aims to take money and then not care about them. A broken bus provides a long journey. Excursions in the tour are double the price, even children are charged full price (with the fact that children under 4 should be free). God forbid that Ivanna Voronyuk be the guide, refuse the tour immediately, you will not expect any help from her, on the contrary. It was not the first time that I traveled with them, but it was the first time that I criticized their actions when tourists really needed their help. Instead of shortening the way home, because the bus is broken and the air conditioner does not work, they directed the bus along a long road and to the border, where they usually stand for several hours, without explanation, pointing fingers at each other that it is not clear who came up with this. I will never use this company again, I am very disappointed with the manager Dmytro Karyakin, I did not expect this from him, he seemed like a decent person.
