I won't recommend this office to anyone! We bought air tickets from them to Vietnam and back, 3 weeks before the desired departure date. And, in 4 days, the manager sent us a letter by mail from which it was clear that our tickets had disappeared somewhere !!!! And instead of them, we were offered to take tickets from another airline (an order of magnitude worse), instead of a direct flight, we will have a connecting flight, with a transfer of 8.5 hours !!!!! As a result, the spoiled beginning and end of the vacation (((
