Just awful! I encountered such rudeness, it’s impossible to get through to the landline phone of the travel company, I called for 40 minutes, no one picked up the phone. Then I got through the fifth time on my mobile phone, the manager Alisa Kuzmenko picked up the phone, I asked for advice, hung up, after my call back the guy already picks up the phone, did not introduce himself, could not specifically answer a single question, after I asked for a call to phone Kuzmenko Alus, said that she was not there, and this one does not work for them.
I was very dissatisfied with such a conversation, it feels like I called the kindergarten.
