The travel agency was recommended by colleagues at work, who also bought a tour from them. We went to Cyprus for the first time, and indeed for the first time we went to a country in which the hotel does not work for all inclusive and the rest is not fixated on the hotel. Svetlana helped to choose a hotel and gave useful tips on staying in Cyprus (for example, she recommended an excellent car rental company, where they gave us a practically new car at a very low price - 30 euros per day with full insurance). Summing up the results of the vacation, I think that the vacation was a success largely thanks to Svetlana. During check-in, they gave us an old number, but after calling the agency (I understood that it was not their fault, but I still wanted to solve the problem), the hotel moved us the next day to a new building without additional payments.
