We came to the office and the manager told us, since we flew for the first time, what we can take, what we can’t take, what is on the plane, what is better, what services. We are very pleased with Masha, a very good manager. As for flights, our flight from Odessa was slightly delayed, but for about an hour. The representative of the operator did not come to us, we were like abandoned children, but we ourselves found out everything about the excursions too.
