On January 9, 2013, we contacted the agency "Network of stores last minute trips" in the city of Zaporozhye. At this meeting, we agreed on the dates of the rest and our wishes for a place and a hotel for recreation and paid a deposit. We decided to go to Thailand for 2 weeks with a good company of 3 families.

We chose the city of Pattaya.

On January 15, we were called to the travel agency to pay for the air flight and the hotel chosen for us. The departure date was scheduled for January 26, with a train leaving Zaporozhye on the evening of January 25. We were just happy at the thought that dreams are starting to come true. And now for the bad.

From January 15 to January 21 (a week), no one called us from the agency and said nothing ... and only on our call on January 21 in the morning with a question about the design, we were told that the hotel did not confirm the availability of 3 rooms. Since that time, our close communication with the choice of other hotels began. We were offered other hotels, but they did not confirm the availability. On Tuesday, January 22, we were offered the Vogue Pattaya hotel, which we agreed to. On Wednesday, January 23, in the morning, the agent told us on the phone that she had a verbal confirmation from the hotel and she was preparing documents, and by the end of the working day she told two families (who called her) that she also had a written confirmation from the hotel.

And now the most interesting thing is that on the morning of January 24 (departure on Friday January 25) she calls and says that there is confirmation from the hotel, but not from what was ordered, but from one of those that was offered earlier in the form of a choice. And that yesterday she didn’t say anything about confirmation from the Vogue Pattaya hotel ...

And now, on January 25, on the day of departure, we should receive documents for a vacation, but think about the mood with which we will receive them if our operator could not agree with several hotels in 2 weeks and as a result of everything, we had a way out of the stalemate on the last day the hotel "Ambassador City Jomtien Marina Tower" was proposed, which turned out to be more expensive than we chose, and the reviews about it on the sites did not shine .. We were faced with the fact that we would have to pay more than we wanted, and could pay for the three previous hotels. I am writing this on the evening of January 24 and I am not sure that on the morning of January 25 (the train in the evening) I will not hear that there are no places in this hotel either.

When asked what the whole problem is, they answer us that in Thailand now is the Chinese New Year and hotels are not working, but this could have been explained to us two weeks ago when it came to choosing dates, and not taking money for air tickets and money for a hotel (the very first one from which the travel agency has not yet had confirmation).
