I really liked the attitude towards tourists. In September, we went to Egypt in the Azur Citadel. The hotel was advised by the agency. In general, several hotels were offered, they immediately told what was good and what was not very good in each of the proposed hotels. We did not have a binding to certain dates, so the manager (Irina) offered to postpone the vacation for 9 days (the TO had a lower price for these dates) and the cost of the tour became cheaper by almost $ 100 - a very nice bonus)). The vacation was wonderful - the hotel is exactly as described in the Travel Agency (they even drew a map where there is a sandy entrance for children on the beach)) We are very pleased with the travel agency - knowledgeable and friendly managers. We are very satisfied with the tour company, we will use them again ..
