The trip was planned from Krivoy Rog with a transfer from the Dnieper. We left the Dnieper at 9.00, at 12.00, upon arrival in Krivoy Rog, it turned out that our plane did not take off from Sharm and the scheduled departure at 14.00 was postponed indefinitely. We were not taken to the airport, to a cafe, to McDonald's in the end, instead, leaving at 9 am from the Dnieper until 5 pm, we hung out on the bus, without food, toilet, and water (naturally, we had to organize all this ourselves and at our own expense) . At 17:30 we decided to check into a hotel nearby. Under the snowfall, with suitcases, half the bus of children unloaded at the hotel, where we just sat and waited for about half an hour. We waited until we were not settled anywhere. And again: put the suitcases in your hands, load them into the trunk and voila - in half an hour we are in another hotel (and we should have already been in Egypt at that time, and not rummaged through the buses). We were settled at 19:00 and invited to dinner. We did not have time to sit down at the table, as we were ordered to urgently pack up, as we will go to Boryspil. This news shocked us. The whole day on the bus and another night to go somewhere. Now the version about the plane has changed: it turned out that the super-Kryvyi Rih airport was covered with snow and no one is going to clean it, and we only fly from Kyiv. At 21:00, as we were promised, no one came to pick us up (and we rented rooms in a hurry, without even having time to take a shower). After 30 minutes, the bus did appear, pick us up and ..... we went to the first hotel, in which there were no places for us. Of course, it is very logical that people who are on the road all day should be the last to settle, despite the fact that there were children under 3 years old on the bus. stop at a parking lot at a gas station or another decent place and relieve themselves in the cold and at 2.00 am people had to go to the field. Upon arrival in Kyiv at 7.00 in the morning, it turned out that our plane was only at 11.00. And again 4 hours of waiting.
On the way back, the same jokes. Our hotel is 5 minutes drive from the airport. We were picked up at 5:30, despite the fact that then it was already known that the Samoyel would not fly away on time. The scheduled departure for 8.15 was postponed in fact for more than an hour, and again we, like idiots, cuckoo at airports. And finally, upon arrival: we sat for 1.5 hours on the bus, waiting for the return transfer, because 1 (ONE) person, moreover, from Krivoy Rog could not cross the border. What the f...we were waiting for him is still a mystery to me.
Organization-unit to put a pity. They spoiled the rest, stole the day of the trip, I do not advise anyone. We wanted to fly from Zaporozhye with Annexes - I regretted my decision to choose TPG a million times (we saved $50).

I went with Algol for the first time. There are no complaints about hotels. But there is transport. The bus does not have a toilet. Rather, there is a toilet, but it is closed and you cannot use it even in emergency cases!
On the way back, in Germany, our bus was arrested (the Germans checked the condition of the car and found faults in the steering) We sat on the track for several hours. They gave another bus, which then had to be pushed by tourists. As a result, they arrived in Munich only in the evening. Excursion spent on the evening city. Many of the excursions were abandoned due to fatigue. Impressions - zero. But the worst thing is that we were late to return to Lviv (a gift - the tour of Lviv did not take place!) And did not have time for our direct train, in which comfortable seats in a compartment car awaited us. We arrived in Lvov late at night. The company organized an overnight stay and train tickets in different carriages in the upper places with a night transfer to a bus in Dnepropetrovsk. As a result, two more sleepless nights!!!

С Алголем ездила первый раз. К отелям претензий нет.А вот к транспорту есть. Автобус без туалета.Вернее туалет есть, но закрыт и пользоваться ним нельзя даже в экстренных случаях!
На обратном пути, в Германии, наш автобус арестовали (немцы проверяли состояние машины и обнаружили неисправности в рулевом управлении)Просидели на трассе несколько часов. Дали другой автобус, который потом пришлось толкать туристам.В итоге в Мюнхен прибыли только вечером. Экскурсию провели по вечернему городу. Многие от экскурсии отказались по причине усталости. Впечатлений - ноль.Но самое страшное, что мы опоздали возвратиться во Львов (подарок - экскурсия по Львову не состоялся!) и не успели на свой прямой поезд, в котором нас ожидали камфортабельные места в купейном вагоне. Во Львов приехали поздно ночью.Фирма организовала НОЧЛЕЖКУ и билеты на поезд в разных вагонах на верхних местах с ночной пересадкой в автобус в Днепропетровске.В итоге еще две бессонные ночи!!!
I went in October 2012 with Algol to Hungary - I was satisfied. Comfortable bus, decent hotel in Budapest ("Vulture") within the city (15 minutes by tram from the center, an hour on foot). The breakfasts are wonderful)) There were sightseeing tours, if we had not stood for a long time at the border, we would have come everywhere on schedule.
As for paid excursions - well, I was not too lazy to find out on the Internet how much it really costs, and did not overpay MOT. So do not shout about "deception" - TO offers tourists a service, and whether to buy it or not is a personal matter for everyone.
It looks like the first review was written by a competitor - or a vindictive travel agent. Fu, comrades.
Ездила в октябре 2012 с Алголем в Венгрию - осталась довольна. Комфортабельный автобус, приличный отель в Будапеште ("Гриф") в черте города (15 минут на трамвае от центра, пешком час). Завтраки замечательные)) Были обзорные экскурсии, если бы не простояли долго на границе, так вообще приезжали бы везде по расписанию.
Насчет платных экскурсий - ну вот я не поленилась выяснить в Инете, что сколько стоит реально, и не стала переплачивать ТО. Так что не стоит кричать об "обмане" - ТО предлагает туристам услугу, а покупать ее или нет - личное дело каждого.
Такое впечатление, что первый отзыв написан конкурентом - или мстительным турагентом. Фу, товарищи.

If the guide’s incompetence was not blamed (prote correct professionalism was demonstrated by the guide from Prague), but from the well-earned earnings on the company’s excursions, they should be respected: not only that, the prices paid by us were in the basement (Versailles - 15 euros, but 30, the Louvre is 11 euros, and we are 14 euros), so the tickets were overdue (a boat on the Seine). An hour of sanitary teeth was not worthy of the shards, not really getting in and eating, and speeding up the WC, and you can still buy at the bag for 15 khvilin. At the end of the trip, an experiment (in a letter form) was carried out, but we doubt that our thought would be insured, for the very sake of singing, we were deprived of hostility from the comments.

Щодо не компетентності гідів питань не виникало(проте справжній професіоналізм продемонстрував екскурсовод з Праги),а от щодо окремого заробітку на екскурсіях фірми слід звернути увагу : мало того, що ціни оплачені нами були в подвійному розмірі(Версаль -- 15 евро, а ми заплатили 30, Лувр 11евро, а ми --14 евро), так квитки ще й були просрочені( кораблик по Сені). Відносно водіїв, то їм окреме дякую. Готелі -- щодо готелів претензій нема. Не сподобалось час санітарних зупинок оскільки не реально встигнути і поїсти, і скористатись WC, і ще щось купити при бажанні за 15 хвилин. В кінці поїздки було проведено опитування( в письмовій формі) але ми сумніваємося,що наша думка буде врахована, саме тому для певності вирішили залишити враження у коментарях.
