We met well, that's where the positives end.
They settled in another, terrible hotel, they said the same thing to all the calls - we can’t put you in the hotel you bought, so there are no places. Guides are inadequate and rarely appear in hotels, one might say never, they do not answer calls. I don't recommend it at all.
They will ignore you and your complaint, and all subsequent customers as well. So, you may not even count on an answer. They do this year after year. Negative reviews are always removed on their site. And the positive ones are probably written by specially hired people.
Next time, read reviews about the travel agency not on their website, but, for example, on Turpravda and BEFORE you go on a trip with them.
Вони проігнорують і Вас, і Вашу скаргу, і всіх наступних клієнтів також. Так що, на відповідь можете навіть не розраховувати. Вони так роблять із року в рік. На їх сайті завжди видаляються негативні відгуки. А позитивні, мабудь, пишуть спеціально найняті люди.
Наступного разу читайте відгуки про турфірму не на їх сайті, а, наприклад, на Турправді і ДО того, як вирушите з ними в подорож.
