I sent my wife and daughter (three years old) to rest in Turkey.

But the valiant tour operator TPG, instead of the hotel I paid for, settled my family in a viper called Kervansaray Bodrum 5 *.

In short, a little about the hotel, where the tour operator told me that it was 5 stars!

There can be no question of any service here!

What kind of 5 * is this, in which cigarette butts are lying around the hotel, no one cleans them up.

Plumbing broken (toilet and washbasin). The toilet didn't flush at all as the button was broken. All claims that you can’t go to the toilet in the room were met with a malicious smile!

In the room, only the bed was removed from past unfortunate customers.

The towel was simply thrown (it’s good that it wasn’t on the floor), but it’s hard to tell from them whether they were clean or left over from old visitors.

There is dirt and fungus in the room.

I quarreled with the travel agent, tour operator and host for a day!!!

And it dawned on them only when I burst into the office of a tour operator in Kyiv and almost “broke” their elder. Nerves were on edge! Even the security at the end supported me.

It's just awful, people, if you want to spoil your vacation, then you should go to this operator!!!

After arrival, I filed a claim with the TPG tour operator, and they told me that for two days of spoiled vacation to my family, they would return only 988 UAH, which is a little more than 4% of the tour cost.

Now, when planning our holiday, the main note is any tour operator except TPG!!!

Dear Alexander! According to the Frankfurt table published on the operator's website, your booking is subject to compensation, which has been known to you since December 22. We also inform you that on February 19, 2018, the operator received an application from you and your bank details for compensation.
We emphasize that the Tour Operator fulfills its obligations in accordance with the norms of the current legislation and the provisions of the Agreement.

Yes. I know the amount, and I have repeatedly pointed out, incl. in a letter with details that I do not agree with this sum.
You ruined two days of my family's holiday. And you think that 988 UAH. I am compensated for them.
"Dear" tour operator, an hour of my time is more expensive for me.
If we knew that instead of the hotel we paid for, we would be put in bedbugs, we would not have signed this Agreement in our lives.
And who is right, who is wrong, it is our glorious Pechersk Court that will judge.

I will say one thing, that in my life I will no longer use the services of the TPG tour operator, and even more so I will advise my friends and acquaintances! In my opinion, TPG is a company that doesn't care about its reputation. Your priority is one-time earnings, not regular customers.
Confirmation that of the 6 people who also got like my family in Turkey, so to speak, "compensate", you agreed only to me. As far as I know, the others were rejected. But what about those 5 families who suffered inconvenience for another day longer???
