The trip was planned Egypt Sharm in the 20th of October. I booked on 09/26/2018 in Cherkasy. When looking at possible options, the emphasis was on normal flights - according to this principle, a ticket was selected from TPG with a 21.10 departure at 3.00 am and back on 10.30 a departure at 23-00. Today is 10/11/2018. I went to get documents - I'm just in shock, although I want to use only profanity in 3 floors. Departure 21.10 at 19-30 and 30.10 at 8-00. To say that I was upset is to say nothing - just a storm of negative emotions.

Thanks to the one who processed the documents at the central office - we were simply thrown out of normal flights and thrown onto this guano - just out of the blue minus 2 days !!! At least 150 bucks in your pocket on one ticket

I strongly do not recommend contacting this tour operator. Get a hole in your pocket and a spoiled mood before the holidays.

Explain to me, representatives of tour operators, the night we have is something - or a drawbar - as you believe, it went there. We will be in the room at least at 1 am. 18 hours difference when flying there and a dead night on the return flight, check-out at least at 5 am, and knowing the Egyptian gouging - at 4 means 18-19 hours back. THANK YOU VERY MUCH

mmi583. Article 902 of the Civil Code states that in the cases established by the contract, the tour operator has the right to entrust the execution of the contract for the provision of services to another person, while remaining fully responsible to the customer for violation of the contract !!!

TPG is generally not responsible for anything .... They just want to get more money from everyone ... Well, quality and responsibility are not about them.
