06/23/17, according to the issued packages of documents on applications 23067084, 23067085, which were booked on 06/01/17 by the tour operator TPG, a check-in at the selected hotel, Alba Royl hotel, Standard Partly Sea View room, was to take place. As of 14.00 on 24.06.17, the tourists were accommodated without their consent in another hotel, according to the concept, which is radically different from the booked one, both in quality and in price for the worse. / is absent in principle. When repeatedly contacting the tour operator both by phone and in writing, formal answers are given and time is delayed. Negotiations are underway for the second day, but the issue is not resolved positively. Now in Alanya ... the situation is one to one. Booked hotel changed. (type on the same, according to them ... just a trash can) lunch boiled pasta and cucumbers ... 11 people were dropped off near the hotel and just left ... a two-day red tape does not lead to anything. People bonieved 4* live in minus 2*
