Bought a tour to Marmaris Turkey roulette 4*. Upon arrival at the airport, we are transferred to a 3* hotel. And there were as many as 10 such lucky people! After a two-hour wait on the street for a representative of the tour operator, a boor appeared who yelled at everyone that 3 * were bought from you, although 4 * are indicated in black and white in the voucher. We turned around with the guide and left, saying what you want, then do it, it's your problem, leaving the tourists right on the street at night.
