Terrible travel company TPG

Sri Lanka is a beautiful country and nothing can spoil the rest in it, except perhaps the work of a tour operator. We changed the dates of the tour after confirmation and 100% payment, moved the departure 1 day. They motivated the cancellation of the flight, but the flight was a regular Air Arabia and it was ~ a lie?)

But the surprises did not end there, the meeting party in Sri Lanka and the guide made people wait for the bus for 1.5 hours after 2 flights, managed to quarrel with the tourists on the bus, behaved impudently and boorishly. And in the hotel; * since you do not want to take my excursions, there will be no return transfer * Neither the bulletin board for you, nor any information about the departure ~ complete zero. The hotel is large and there are bulletin boards and JoinAp and Anex and many others, and TPG for its tourists is zero. Not a single sign that you are resting with a tour operator. What are the functions and services of a tour operator? Why is it needed at all?

European Shake is a great tour!!! Thanks to all the organizers - everything is clear, organized, convenient. Many thanks to our escort - Nastya Rindzak - a very sweet, competent and patient girl! One minus - the temperature of the stove was not regulated on the bus, it was very hot.
