TR29067118. According to the booking documents, the Standard number was initially declared, after 100% payment, the dbl Standard number already appeared in the documents !!! Departure from Zaporozhye "international" airport, which was operated by bravo airways, was delayed for 8 hours!!! At the same time, after my repeated calls to TPG, the answer was always the same - we do not communicate directly with customers, call the agency in which this tour was purchased. We arrived at the hotel at 23.00 hungry and tired (the rest day we paid for was gone). For the return flight, we, according to the terms of the contract, had to vacate the room at two in the morning and go to the bus that arrived for us with a delay of 30 minutes. The return flight was also delayed by one hour. Thanks to TPG, we lost a day of our paid vacation. On the fact of the above, I demand financial compensation for ruining the holiday and defrauding the client.

Dear tourists!

We have carefully considered your request and will notify you
the following information.
At the moment, Travel Professional Group LLC (hereinafter referred to as the Tour Operator) is cooperating
on the application of FOP Cheremis Mykola Olehovych (hereinafter - the Travel Agent) on the basis of the Agency
agreement "Partnership Program" (hereinafter - the Agency Agreement), in accordance with the provisions
which we accepted №TR29067118, in particular, booked air transportation services for
direction Zaporozhye-Antalya-Zaporozhye.
The booked services were paid in full and paid on time
Tour operator. Accordingly, we have duly performed our duties
contract.
Regarding changes in air travel time by charter flight, we inform that
the period of departure of the flight for which the services were booked and paid for tourists
air transportation, there was a deviation of the flight from the previously agreed schedule
traffic, which was duly reported to the Travel Agent.
The tour operator was not able to predict the circumstances, because when

the receipt is a confirmation of the contract of carriage, so the responsibility to
the tourist is carried by the airline in accordance with the rules of passenger transportation.
Under the terms of paragraph 4.20 of the Agency Agreement, the Tour Operator does not bear
liability for negative consequences and damages resulting from events and circumstances,
outside the scope of its competence as well as for the actions (inaction) of third parties,
in particular, for the actions of carriers (change, cancellation, transfer, delay of departure
flights, trains, buses and other vehicles).
In addition, in accordance with the provisions of Chapter 4 of the Rules of Air Carriage
passengers and luggage, approved by the Order of the Ministry of Infrastructure of Ukraine from
30.11.2012 №735 tourists were compensated for inconveniences, including tourists
food and soft drinks were provided.
Thus, the Tour Operator has duly fulfilled its obligations in accordance with the rules
legislation, the provisions of the contract for the provision of travel services and agency
contract. In such circumstances, there are no grounds for the Tour Operator
compensation on request № TR29067118.
At the same time, the Tour Operator thanks tourists for their treatment. We inform that this
the situation will be taken into account in order to further increase the level of tourist service.

You deceived me as a client, misappropriated funds for services rendered, violated at least two points of the twentieth article of the Law on Tourism. Representatives of TPG did not even try to resolve the conflict situation according to clauses 8.5 and 8.6 of your contract !!! About Article 902 of the Civil Code which states that in cases established by the contract, the tour operator has the right to entrust the performance of the contract for the provision of services to another person, while remaining fully responsible to the customer for breach of contract you probably never heard !? "Tourists were compensated for inconveniences, in particular tourists were provided with food and soft drinks" - a half-liter bottle of water and a stale bun, you proudly call compensation?
Even on the complaint written by me - you did not bother to answer the claim in the term established by the Ukrainian legislation!
Numerous negative reviews of tourists you have deceived and extremely low rating score is a fair assessment of your company's work. Dealers who have worked with you before are now breaking off relations en masse, and you are trying to wring everything white and fluffy. In the future there can be no question of any fruitful cooperation !!!
