I really liked the time of departure from Kyiv (at 5:30 in the morning) since we do not lose the whole day in Sharm and back to Kyiv (at 19:30), there is also a day in Sharm. But things didn't go so well...

TPG - think about how many people you have thrown and ruined your vacation, if such situations arise, work on it, correct and prevent it, and at least have the conscience to apologize (I generally keep quiet about the damage, according to the contract you will dig under the horseradish). 2.3. If it is impossible to accommodate tourists in pre-booked hotels, other accommodation facilities, the Tour Operator has the right to accommodate tourists in a hotel of the same category without imposing additional costs on the agent / tourists.

К сожалению в отеле Hilton Sharks Bay Resort произошла перепродажа и Вас с 12.04 по 14.04 поселили в отель Continental Plaza Beach Resort 5*.
По поводу отеля обращаем внимание, в высокий сезон возможны перепродажи (овербукинг) что не зависит ни оператора, ни от агентства, к сожалению.
Согласно агентсткого договора:
2.3.В случае невозможности размещения туристов в предварительно забронированных отелях, других объектах размещения, Туроператор имеет право разместить туристов в отеле той же категории без возложения дополнительных расходов на агента / туристов.
14.04.2019 Вас переселили в отель согласно бронировке Hilton Sharks Bay Resort
Искренне сожалеем о причиненных неудобствах и в качестве компенсации предлагаем Вам на следующую поездку в Египет экскурсию и апгрейд номера.
