Terrible opinion about this travel agency. I tried to buy tickets to Turkey through Facebook. They answered my messages a day later. Apparently very busy. I gave specific data on the number of people, accommodation. I indicated the approximate date of departure and a specific hotel. give your phone. But no answer to my inquiries.
So it looks like they recently moved to the city center. Maybe they haven't settled in yet.
