I took a tour from this company, as there were good flights.
Last year, again, they flew normally with them in Turkey, although Zhuliany already learned about the transfer of the flight for 5 hours and spent the night at the airport.
Now, have you rescheduled your flight there? and back. I lose almost 2 days of the tour.
In fact, the tour is obtained for 6 days. I will NEVER choose this operator again and I DO NOT RECOMMEND TO ANYONE.
Now the tour is set for $150 cheaper due to inconvenient departures. It's a shame to waste both time and money.
Vacation mood ruined.

Юличка Крысанова, в таком случае уже не номер ваучера надо указывать, а самое время для написания коллективного письма в Министерство Экономики Украины с требованием отозвать лицензию у данного "горе - оператора".

We had to take a taxi and go to the airport! Miraculously, we managed to check-in the flight! The company categorically refuses to compensate for material damage !!!!
Ужасная и безответственная контора!!!/ из-за халатности этой фирмы и безответственного ГИДА Анастасии нас забыли забрать из отеля в округе Мармариса. Нам пришлось брать такси и ехать в аэропорт! Чудом успели на регистрацию рейса! Возмещать материальный ущерб фирма категорически отказывается!!!!
