Disgusting

If you want to avoid getting into trouble, read this to the end, and if you booked a ticket with this operator, you will know what to expect. This summer of 2017, I was going to go on vacation to Turkey with my family, I found a hotel and booked, the package was provided by the TPG operator, I didn’t bother much about choosing a tour operator and it turned out to be in vain. Out of curiosity what kind of company this is, I started reading reviews, well, as if the rating is not bad, the reviews are also different, the disappointment began when I read the reviews about the airline with which TPG cooperates, when booking the tour, the Boeing 737 board was indicated, but in fact the flight was on MD-80. Well, I want to immediately reassure you that the airline, compared to the tour operator, is doing much better, albeit an old park. The flight went perfectly, the plane takes off smoothly and also lands, in general, many thanks to the pilots and flight attendants.

Upon arrival at the hotel, it turned out that there was no reservation for us, and after a long clarification, a representative from the Turkish side called the reception and said that we would move to another hotel after a 12-hour journey. In general, everything was decided and we stayed in the hotel where we should be. The rest was just wonderful, as someone wrote in the reviews, this is not the merit of the operator. It's time to leave, at 00.00 a bus came for us, but I forgot to say that we were resting with two families, and now the second family is told that they are not leaving, and the day before a fax came with other names and when they started to find out, they solved this problem, the one who sent it was wrong, well and at the reception the administrator made notes with changes, and this problem was solved by the hotel administrator. In general, they figured out about 20 minutes, and as it turned out, I still don’t understand how, completely different names were registered under the number of their voucher. This is despite the fact that the representatives of the tour operator, when delivering to hotels, strictly warned about the mandatory registration with the guide and if you go out into the city, you must take a voucher with you. And the question is, if you stopped the police, what to do then? We went out into the city every day and traveled far from the hotel.

Well, that's not all, on our return to Krivoy Rog airport, two buses were waiting for us, and as it turned out, there were not enough seats for 11 people, despite the fact that there were at least 5 empty seats on the plane, many parted on their own. In general, the organization leaves much to be desired. That year I flew with Join Up, everything was fine, although the reviews about this operator are much worse than about TPG. In general, read and draw the appropriate conclusions, I can say with confidence that I no longer travel with TPG !!!
