We bought a tour from 06/2/17 to 06/16/17 Fortuna Marmaris 5 * tour operator TPG, upon arrival in Dalaman, all tourists in Fortuna are deliberately sent to the Pineta Park Deluxe Hotel 4 *, that this hotel does not correspond to the specified information TPG does not want to hear, everywhere it is indicated on all sites that this hotel has 4 * and only in TPG it is 5 *.

They can see such an agreement with the hotel, since the hotel took off all the information about the number of stars and the staff also deliberately evades answers. TPG is just a scam!

I do not advise you to use the services of the tour operator TPG !!!

We have carefully considered your appeal, in connection with which we inform you of the following information.
When selling holidays under the Fortuna 5 * program, tourists are offered hotels that meet the specified category and the service offered. In the Fortuna offer, only the region where the tourist will rest, the type of food and accommodation in the room are indicated. Tourists cannot independently choose a certain hotel or find out some information about accommodation in advance. Tourists are issued documents only indicating Fortuna in the hotel column, the type of food and the star rating of the hotel. Tourists will learn detailed information about accommodation only at the airport from the guide. This information regarding the conditions of accommodation for tourists of the 5 * hotel category is located on the official website of the Tour Operator and is publicly available on the Internet.
Thus, the tourists under the application No. TR02067305 were settled in the Pineta Park 5 * hotel, respectively, the Tour Operator duly fulfilled its obligations under the Agreement.
The criteria for assigning hotel stars is determined by the local authorities of the Republic of Turkey, which clearly monitor the quality of the service provided.
We cannot publish the cost of the tour paid by the tourist without the consent of the tourist, however, we note that the indicated cost is unique for 5-star hotels in this region. The tourist had the opportunity to choose a specific hotel, but at a price significantly higher than that offered by us under the Fortuna 5 * program.

The tourist clearly indicated in the review that Pineta Park is on all 4 * sites .... and so it is, especially since the hotel does not even have its own beach ... And the representative of the TPG long and tediously describes how great they are that they provided the hotel 5*.Cynical...However, we had a similar situation this year in Marmaris...we were taken to the wrong hotel, and they also managed to split the family into different hotels.So, I'm not even surprised. Disgusting work, especially in Turkey!!!
