I flew many times on vacation and for work on tours through the tour operator Travel Professional Group. Recommended by friends who have used their services for many years. Never had any obvious problems. Tours are not overpriced. Excursions from guides on the spot are also not much more expensive, especially considering that the difference is precisely their earnings. There were no issues with hotels either, if they changed, then not for worse ones, but for the same level and quality of service.
