It was just a nightmare!! If you don't want to ruin your vacation, bypass this sharashkina

Let's start with the fact that I very rarely write reviews, but here, well, it just boiled up, so I have no strength!

My 7 day vacation was ruined by this company. Only the warm sea saved him, which this "ala" tour company has nothing to do with.

It all started with the fact that the hotel that I was counting on was not confirmed to me, in return they offered a more expensive option, but after reading the reviews, I realized that this option was worse. As it turned out, I didn’t have a choice, although I paid for the tour as soon as it appeared in those available on the site. But even my quick payment did not affect the positive result with the hotel. As a result, the hotel turned out to be terrible, the food was disgusting, a lot of children's camps, noisy and far from the sea. Summed up with the hotel specifically !!(

But this is only the beginning of our epic play!

On the day before departure, they call me at 23.00 and inform me that the departure is postponed from 6.30 to 10.00. And this is for a minute 3 hours of time that I can spend at the resort. As a result, I arrive at the indicated place in the documents an hour before the bus departure and understand that my bus is not even close. For an hour I tried to get the phones of our escort from the operators (since the wrong numbers were indicated in the documents) and at 9.58 already for an hour I was wandering around the station with a suitcase, our escort calls me and says that they are just waiting for me, and they turned out to be on the opposite side of that the location that was indicated.

Okay, sometimes we sit on the bus and they tell us that on the way we will be transferred to another bus. And so it happened. We got there just fine. But the accompanying person didn’t say anything, didn’t warn, didn’t explain anything, there was a feeling that I knew more information than she did.

But the trip back was a direct control shot in the head on this trip!

Initially, from Sunny Beach, we were put on a bus without air conditioning in the heat of 40 C. Bath on wheels as an additional gift from the tour company. We didn’t have an escort at all, the drivers were rude to our questions and did not give any answers. And so, in torment, 30 people with children traveled to Golden Sands for 2 hours. There we stopped to pick up more happy tourists, but it was not there!

Our drivers shamanized for 20 minutes at a stop near the bus, but without shamanizing they got together and silently left in an unknown direction with all our belongings, food, water. And so 40 people were left on the outskirts of Golden Sands, under the scorching sun, without food and water for as much as 3.5 hours!!! As a result of wandering, we still found a place where we could buy water and sorry for the indiscretion, the bushes became our WC under duress!

Our bus arrived at 20.00 to us when it got colder and we went mega happy with air conditioning. But the bus was terrible, they were only allowed for short distances and not for daily trips. I prayed the whole trip that it would not fall apart and we arrived safe and sound.

But even out of habit, in Ukraine they dropped us off halfway and transferred us to another bus, and after a little while we were put on by other "very satisfied" tourists.

Since we did not have an escort, there was no one to even make claims. But something tells me that TPG needs to think about changing the office and the name, since only during my trip they got 60 people of "well-wishers" who were just furious with their organization.

The organization of transportation is such a responsibility, and even for such a long distance, and they treated it so negligently.

Thanks to TPG for ruining my vacation, I will never go with you again, even if it is cheaper.

Think before you ride with them 100 times!!!!!
