When the documents arrived 4 days before departure, they simply gasped! Departure there at 3.55 o'clock. , back at 7.30 pm, stolen and mastered 17 hours of the paid tour. Total left 8.5 nights (pick up from hotel at 4.30) and 9 days. They would never have bought such a flight back, even a month and a half in advance, for their own money, by leaving, cross out 9 days of rest. There is no government, the legislation is asleep. . . UIA planes are good, there was a transfer to and from the hotel. Thank you very much for this, but this is where the package tour services ended. Upon departure, the hotel guide Karim did not even bother to order breakfast with him, and there was no list of departures, there was only a flash tour sheet with the flight number, departure time and collection time at the reception (guess who flies. . . ) This was seen first times, all tour operators have lists by last name. "Full" service. Which of the tourists did not control the order of breakfast in the evening, in the morning they simply remained surprised without them. . .. There is only one conclusion, if the tour is in TPG, well, it’s very cheap and you are used to worrying about everything and solving all problems on your own, then you can work with this tour operator. Because, at first you will be deceived on departures, and then all your problems abroad will be only yours and no one will help you.
The tour operator TPG is deceiving tourists when they bought a tour to Egypt on 05/06/2019, the flights were from Kyiv at 03.40 in the morning and 17.50 from Sharm el-Sheikh, it turned out to be almost a full 8 days of stay at the hotel, after payment they called from the agency and said that the flights were moved from Kyiv to 16.20, back at 07.00 am. as a result, out of 8 days it turned out 5. This is pure fraud, if such flights had originally been, we would not even consider such a tour.
Туроператор TPG ОБМАНЫВАЕТ туристов, когда покупали тур в Египет на 06.05.2019 вылеты были из Киева в 03.40 утра и 17.50 из Шарм эль шейха, получалось почти полных 8 дней пребывания в отеле, после оплаты позвонили из агенства и сказали что вылеты перенесли из Киева в 16.20, обратно в 07.00 утра. в результате из 8 дней получилось 5. Это чистой воды мошенничество, если бы изначально стояли такие вылеты, мы бы даже не рассматривали такой тур.
Agree! We had the same thing, we bought into good flights, but by and large we got not 8 days 7 nights, but 7 days and 6 nights. From other tour operators, a tour for 6 nights cost 1000 UAH cheaper, but we bought this one because of good flights! Terrible divorce. Fraudsters! And then, apart from "no compensation is provided," they can’t say anything
Согласна! У нас было тоже самое, купились на хорошие вылеты, а по большому счету получили не 8 дней 7 ночей, а 7 дней и 6 ночей. У других туроператоров тур на 6 ночей стоил на 1000 грн дешевле, но мы купили этот из-за хороших вылетов! Ужасный развод. Мошенники! А потом кроме "никаких компенсаций не предусмотрено" сказать ничего не могут
