Long live TPG!!! But not for long and ..... I fully paid for a ticket for two for August on early booking to Turkey (Ichmeler) with a flight from Lviv and a transfer from Ivano-Frankivsk-Lviv back in February 2019. In March, TPG said that the plane according to the conditions specified in the contract does not fly for days. We re-signed the contract for other dates with a surcharge. In May, TPG said that the plane did not fly again on the days specified in the contract. We re-signed the contract for other dates already without additional payment. In June, TPG said that the plane from Lviv to Dalaman did not fly at all. They offered a tour with departure and arrival from Kyiv. For compensation offered 350 UAH. for a one way ticket. The option is obviously unacceptable. The cost of the cheapest coupe Ivano-Frankivsk-Kyiv is 650 UAH. Kyiv-Borispol - another 80 UAH. 12 hours on the train and 6 hours in Kyiv you have to eat something. This is at least another 300 UAH. Total 1000 UAH. Plus 12 hours on the train. And the icing on the cake - TPG can only give back MY money after two weeks!!! In total, TPG took an interest-free loan from me for 1200 euros for 4 months. Who wants to have a normal rest for their money - do not mess with TPG. This is not to swear.

Yulichka Krysanova, in this case, it is no longer necessary to indicate the voucher number, but it's time to write a collective letter to the Ministry of Economy of Ukraine demanding to revoke the license from this "unfortunate operator".

Terrible and irresponsible office!!! / due to the negligence of this company and the irresponsible GUIDE Anastasia, they forgot to pick us up from the hotel in the Marmaris district. We had to take a taxi and go to the airport! Miraculously, we managed to check-in the flight! The company categorically refuses to compensate for material damage !!!!
