Spoiled holiday experience!!! VOUCHER Travel Pro No. TR19088290. After arriving in Antalya, we (two adults and a child) were told that instead of a booked hotel in Kemer, we were going to Alanya ...... To say that it was a shock is to say nothing ...
Kemer and Alanya??? You go for one, in the end you get something completely different (travel agency chip) .... The hot line kept saying: there are no places in Kemer ......
After a "wonderful holiday", the transfer from Alanya was picked up from the hotel, with a good delay. On the way to Antalya, there was an emergency, our bus crashed into a car.....not a vacation, but one continuous stress....
I do not recommend this tour operator!

В связи с высоким сезоном в отеле произошла перепродажа.
Вы бронировали отель Club Marakesh Beach, проживали в Larisa Beach.
Согласно агентского договора , в случае невозможности разместить туристов в забронированном отеле, оператор обязан предоставить туристам размещение в альтернативном отеле или категории отеля выше
Приносим извинения за предоставленные неудобства

Why are you telling me what I booked and where I lived??? You won’t forget this for a very long time!!!!! Keyword - Kemer !!!!!!! It was not just a hotel replacement, but a cardinal replacement: Kemer to Alanya .... We booked a hotel in Kemer, but not in Alanya .... and booked on 08/15/18, and a ticket from 08/19/18, with a difference of 3 days ..... and now in 3 days, such a tough resale, and for some reason we find out about it in Antalya ...... apologies, it's just a "drop in the ocean" .....
Зачем Вы мне рассказываете, что я бронировала, и где я проживала???Такое не забудешь ещё очень долго!!!!! Ключевое слово - Кемер!!!!!!! Это была не просто замена отеля , а кардинальная замена: Кемера на Аланию....Мы бронировали отель в Кемере, но никак ни в Аланье....и бронировали 15.08.18, а путевка с 19.08.18, с разницей 3 дня..... и вот за 3 дня, такая жесткая перепродажа, а узнаем мы об этом почему то в Анталии......извинения, это просто "капля в море".....
