We flew to Turkey for the first time, from 1 to 7 October. Voucher No. TR01108118. Since we took the tour for three days, and there was no experience, we chose the tour mainly according to the location of the place. From this point of view, the choice was justified, the village of Turunc near Marmaris is just a fairy tale. We are satisfied with the trip, but there are many complaints against the host country.
First, the Calipso beach hotel we chose instead of the declared 4 stars deserves much less.
Secondly, the most unpleasant thing is that instead of the 7 days / 6 nights sold to us, TPG allowed itself to limit the time to 5 days / 5 nights.
They moved the flight to Antalya from 4 am to 6.10 pm, and the return flight from 9.30 am to 4.00 am. Thus, we arrived at the hotel on Monday at 23.55, and picked us up from the hotel on Friday at 20.00. That's seven days for you...
At the same time, attempts to get at least some kind of compensation were met with contemptuous bewilderment: "And why are we here?! Sue UIA!"
Tours in Turkey from TPG. Here the impressions are ... different. The boat trip to the small islands of the Aegean Sea was organized perfectly and left only enthusiastic impressions. But the second, from Marmaris to Rhodes, was not without adventure. The driver, who does not understand English, drove us to the port and dropped us off, silently waving his hand towards the sea, and we did not have tickets for the steamer in our hands. I had to turn on the phone and call the guide. Yes, everything ended well, but I had to be nervous.

The tour operator is not responsible for the negative consequences and losses resulting from events and circumstances beyond the scope of its competence, as well as for the actions (inaction) of third parties, in particular, for the actions of carriers (change, cancellation, postponement, delay in departure of flights and other vehicles).
Please note that the schedule of charter flights may change depending on the slots provided by the airports or other reasons not related to maintenance. The airline has the right to make changes to the flight schedule.
For compensation, you need to contact the airline directly.
