Tour organization is very poor

We spent 12 hours on the road, tired and hungry, and arrived at the hotel. . . . we are told that the rooms are not booked for us!!!! as? we have vouchers on hand, we were brought to this particular hotel, and the representative of the tour operator, after finding out the information, says that another hotel is booked for us or not booked. . . they can't say anything clear. They offered to move to another hotel, while we need to spend another 3 hours to pick us up and take us there. We had a small child with us who needed to be fed! In short, after a long clarification of how it happened, the issue was resolved and we stayed at the hotel where we originally arrived, but to say that we were nervous is to say nothing. When it was time to fly away, there was no information about the departure for a long time, we called the guide, he found out why and in the end said that everything was fine. The company's bus arrived to pick up people at the airport and they told us, but you are not on our list, do not load suitcases on the bus. Guys, how so????? We fly away, but they don't pick us up from the hotel. We again have a scandal, clarification of circumstances, etc.. At the airport of Ukraine, the bus that should take us to our city (transfer) does not have enough seats for all the arriving passengers, and it will take another 3 hours to go. How??? How do you organize a trip without even calculating what kind of transport or its quantity must be provided so that people can reach their destination normally and comfortably. The service is terrible. I do not recommend, if you value your health, then it is better to contact another operator. I will never wish to use the services of this operator to my friends and relatives.
